About the Founder and Managing Director
Laurette has over 25 years experience in Human Capital Management. She gained her knowledge and experience in partnership and working with incredible organisations like Unilever, Hollard, EY, and JTI.
Over the years she’s shared her knowledge, experience, and skills gained in the fields of business, executive company directorship, and leadership as a mentor and coach and Mental Health First Aider. She adds passion, zeal, and excitement to other people’s leadership adventures.
She has a strong desire to work with and improve talents in both Africa and the rest of the world. She works with organisations and individuals to reach their full potential by increasing their self-awareness and tapping into their full potential.
