Our Approach to Team Coaching
To achieve this, we may conduct assessments on team members, for example one is a learning style inventory and a personality and team role assessment. This forms the basis for the initial interaction with the team. Personality and behaviour assessments are great tools for improving a team’s understanding of its dynamics, and they give team members a better understanding of why they react to their colleagues in certain ways.

Spend time getting to know your group members Just as in one-on-one coaching, in group coaching the relationship between coach and clients is foundational for success. In group coaching, there are multiple agendas at play, rather than just one.
In the lead-up to our group coaching processes, we usually hold pre-program conversations with each group member. We use this time to answer any questions they may have, as well as to learn more about them, find out what brought them to the program, and learn about their goals and success measures for your work together.
